New construction ‘Luruper Hof’

Attractive group of buildings with 44 residential units and 26 underground parking spaces – extensively funded

The Luruper Hof comprises a smaller group of buildings with 44 residential units (2 to 5-room apartments between 50 and 106 m²) and 26 underground car parking spaces and was handed over to the buyer in December 2012 after completion and full letting.

Assetando accompanied the realisation of the structure in accordance with the concept up to transfer of the project. It was also responsible for the realisation of the public subsidy criteria for KfW (reconstruction credit institute) and WK (residential construction bank) or IFB (investment and subsidy bank) Hamburg and coordination with the construction companies. It was also commissioned with strategic asset management and provides the management team for the special purpose vehicle.

Location

The Luruper Hof comprises a group of buildings that was constructed before the end of 2012 on Luruper Hauptstrasse 166-168 and Jan-Külper-Weg 7 in the Lurup area of Hamburg in the district of Altona.

Funding

The property was constructed primarily in the efficient house standard 40 of KfW or as a so-called passive house and was subsidised by KfW for these reasons. The property received further funds from WK (today the Hamburgische Investitions- und Förderbank) within the funded residential construction structure.
